Yeah I know,where have you been Jeff...well,actually I've been caught up in lifes business but I finally have a few minutes so...We had a fantastic show at The Red Robinson Theatre/Boulevard Casino on May 11th..Great staff and great facility and to all of you who came to the show thanks for the memorable night!We got to talk to a lot of longtime friends and sign a few shirts and records so all in all a very successful evening and we can't wait to get back.We also had the show recorded by the very talented Ron Cote.Ron brought out his mobile studio and recorded the whole show for us so we now have some brand new recordings of most of the Streetheart classics. Now we just gotta figure out what to do with it all... don't worry kids,I have plenty of ideas and we'll get it out there for you as soon as it's mixed.Yes and finally online merchandise will be available by the end of the month.We have some new shirts and hats coming out as well plus I am thinking about re-issuing some of our old 80's tour t-shirts,you know, kind of a retro thang.I still have all my Streetheart tour T-shirts and some of the old designs were pretty cool so...good idea?what do you think?Looks like we'll be getting around a lot this summer.We have a batch of new dates in the pipeline and I will post them as soon as they are confirmed.I also will be posting,by the end of the month, some new photos from our show in Halifax which we did earlier this year at the Tour Tech Party.TTis a major touring and film support company on the East coast and we were fortunate to be invited to play their annual bash.They put on an incredible evening for everyone and when you see the photos you'll see why.Kenny was in town for a few days and we were working on his Cd.We have decided to replace a few of the songs that we weren't digging anymore with what we feel will be better material for Kenny...you know how that works all you perfectionists out there!Ok...it's a beautiful day in Vancouver.Gotta go pay the bills....Later.J.

I can hardly wait to see the photos and new shirts 'n' stuff!!! It will be awesome to hear the new recordings of the classics that you guys taped at the last show! Can not wait to hear Kennys new record!!!

Sounds like a great show last week. They always are. Great news about recording the show. I love the way the band sounds. I add my name to the list of "cat wait'ers".
The CD news is a good news/bad news thing. Bad news in that it will be longer until it is released/good news that the material on it will be better. Old retro t shirts would be cool. With Hank on Corner Gas wearing a Dancing with Danger T shirt in a couple of episodes it spurred me to look for my old Streetheart shirts. Sadly, I could not find them (and I doubt they would fit anyway!!!)
Keep up the good work Jeff, love hearing from you on this site and giving us the latest news. Electroman, I have been meaning to email you, have been busy too, I will get to it!!!

I have to say The Red Robinson Theatre/Boulevard Casino on May 11th was THE place to be, awesome awesome awesome.
I was (and still am) a Streetheart fan. As a teenager growing up in Winnipeg, Streetheart ruled! I was never able to attend a Streetheart concert in Winnipeg, so I experienced my first Streetheart concert @ the Red Robinson Theatre, I just want to thank Streetheart for one awesome concert! I now have two grown sons and they too are Streetheart fans.
I do have a question regarding the song Action, the lyrics are quite intense at times, and Kenny's voice seems to demonstrate anger...I have always wondered what the story behind "Action" is.
It is a fantabulos song.

Hi Cindy in the wack How long have your son's been fans?? iam a Great Big fan od streethearty and trust me even ask the band i ahve been for the last 4 years iam only 13 but i just love them i just cant stop too and dont think i ever will LOl Rite Jeff :):).. are you going ot the Gerald concert with your kids???... Wondering if anybody knows where I can get the song Storyteller. I emailed Jeff but he did not have it or know where I could get it. I have searched high and low for this song. I have heard the song before and it's great. Not sure why it was taken off the Under Heaven Over Hell album and replaced with Under My Thumb. Of course both are great songs.

I received my poster I ordered from the web site yesterday (July 6/07). It's great and signed by the whole band. Will be going to a faming shop to have it framed. Thanks again guys.

Hey there all! i've been a streetheart fan for ages. Recently we(my band and I)are doing a cover song of theirs (ACTION) and although I know what i hear from the disc, the lyrics posted online seem to be wrong? ex. "meanwhile, back in paris, i was embarrassed, babe" then the next line on the album sounds like they say "a westbound airline took her away" and online it says "i whispered and i took away"???? this makes no sense as it doesn't even sound like that's what kenny is singing on the album. i don't have the album cover to view the lyrics (not even sure the lyrics are in there anyway) but can someone please tell me if they know 100% what the line actually is???! I just found this site and thought it might be a place that a die-hard fan would be able to answer my question. Also if anyone knows what the keyboard riff is at the into of the song, please tell me! I have been playing piano/keyboard since i was very young and just can't figure the sequence out. Thanks a million to whomever answers this!
